I realized I have a stack of newlestters and important papers that I dont use very often that need to come off the top of my desk and into a file drawer. I do have an iron decorative file holder on one wall that is withing arms reach I use for pending and the other wall withing arms reach has a decorative piece of art. Walls (even office walls) should be bare, save for a few choice pieces of art. Cleaning off your desk at the and of every day is a great habit to get into and not at as hard as it sounds. Cleaning off your desk at the and of every day is a great habit to get into and not at as hard as it sounds. I find a clean and neat desk just makes you want to keep it that way.
