Beginning Again
ByAfter my bout with the flu, I was back on track – exercising, clearing off my desk every evening, doing all the right things. A little over a week later, I was knocked back again by a cold with a migraine that had me sleeping 12 hours a day with zip energy. No exercise, do desk clearing and pretty much turned my home into a disaster.
First whiny thoughts, “It’s not fair, just when I am doing so good, something else happens.” Then my hope was renewed when I remembered that it isn’t how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get back up that counts.
