Centered, not balanced
ByLife is rarely in balance. That is just not the nature of life. Some things will take more priority, than we bring something else to the front. During a single day we are pulled in many different directions. I often feel if I get one part of my life going good like my house, then another part of my life suffers.
A lot of that is just thinking that each area of our lives needs to be perfect. There are just not enough hours in the day for every area of our lives to be running perfectly smooth.
That’s why centering yourself is so important. If you take time in the morning to quiet your mind, nurture a spiritual connection, journal and remember your priorities you are more likely to be able to handle whatever is thrown your way. Plus, you will know what you need to focus your attention on and what can slide at the moment.
