After reading this article, I was reminded of a great concept that I read in a new book called 'Illuminate' Harnessing The Positive Power of Negative Thinking'. The concept talks about having to first face our life issues in acknowledgement of the reality before we can fix them. I see the relevence to this article in that it certainly does take courage to 'face the facts' because once the issue is acknowledged, CHANGE is required to acheive the desired result.
