Feelings

This week I have been experimenting with writing out my feelings in my journal. I journal almost every day, but lately I seem to have been doing more surface writing. Not getting down to the deep feelings.

I start writing I feel angry… or I feel sad… or I feel frustrated… or worried… or annoyed…or stifled and then free write. Then to bring me back into balance I write I feel happy…or grateful…or loving…or joyful…or peaceful…

I am feeling more focused, centered and relaxed now that I am getting my emotions down on paper.
