Floating
By
One recent morning during my morning alone time, the word float kept coming to me. So I decide that would be my theme for the day. I would float during this day.
For me it spoke of relaxing into what was happening. Of letting myself be supported. Of letting irritations and annoyances go by without getting frazzled by them.
What would it mean for you to float today?

float to me… raspberrry came to mind. yes, raspberry float!!
Beth, I love love LOVE the way you just go with the flow. That is hard work for me, something I have to consciously tell myself to do, and then keep reminding myself all the time.
Like with the babies…to do what I want in between the feeds and so what if a task is left half undone!
love your website Beth, I found it via your comment on my site http://www.bmore.net/blog (thanks for that!) and am enjoying reading your posts
For me floating today meant being totally engaged in my clients whilst massaging them and being supported by their energy. It was fantastic!
I am glad you are becoming more floaty with the babies Marcia.
I love this Natalie – good!
