[...] Recently I wrote a post on how to deal with a critical person. I received a question, with the opposite problem. How do you become less critical? And he’s not the only one who wants to be less critical. [...]

I had been searching for books on how "I" can stop being critical of others. All I can find is information much the same as what you provide... a defense or diffusion method for those who are being criticized. Wouldn't it be great if those who were critical of others (such as I) would be able to recognize what they are doing... and refrain? This is the type of information that I am looking for. Do you have any suggestions?

Thanks!
