Joe’s Goals
ByAnother fun way to track habits you want to create is Joe’s goals. I’ve been using it to track my sleep and a few other habits I want to develop. It’s simple to use. Just make up a goal (it can be either a positive goal you want to start or a negative goal, something you want to quit). You can put as many checkmarks or x’s as you want in a certain day. So if you wanted to get 5 fruits and veggies a day you could have 5 checkmarks.
And if you want to get more detailed you can use Joe’s logbook for tracking things like what exercise you did that day or what you ate today.
