Spending Fast ~ Day 4

By

How did you all do? I bought my spring time annuals and that’s it. I can’t really put that off a month.

We are letting the garden rest a summer this year, so I am doing a little container gardening. Instead of 8 tomato plants, I have one. And I think we will do a few peppers. Are there any other plants that are good for containers?

You can do just about any plant you want with containers. I would steer away from vines (cantaloupe, watermelon, etc), unless you are goiing to transplant them later. Right now I have a great big pot with my “herb” garden in it. It has thyme, basil, oregano, sage, rosemary and a tomato plant in the center.~C
