FOR TODAY Oct 6, 08…
Outside My Window… Squirrels gathering their green walnuts
I am thinking… that the cat is really squishing my calendar standing on it that way
I am thankful for… good books to read, heat in my home, water from my sink
From the kitchen… we’ll be making my grandma’s banket recipe this evening
I am wearing… grey green pants, pink button down shirt and a jean jacket because it’s a bit chilly
I am creating… a fun coaching call
I am going… no where for the first time in too many days
I am reading… Devil in the White City by Erik Larson about the Chicago World’s Fair
I am hoping… my son keeps improving his grades
I am hearing… the turn of the newspaper, my cat’s jingle
Around the house… oops still have those boxes in the living room, air conditioners and fans out – heaters in
One of my favorite things… laughing until my eyes water
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: coaching clients, Pastoral Care Meeting, book club and celebrating my Dad’s birthday

I enjoyed your daybook. The picture was great. We are having a scarecrow contest in our town with some sitting on every corner. Many people are very creative to get them to look like real people. Have a great week.
I loved your daybook. We have pumpkinfest this weekend and we’re really looking forward to it!
Looks like PumpkinFest got a great turnout!
Sounds like a good book. I’ve jotted it down.
