Waking Up

I used to wake up with no problem in the morning. But for some reason, I have been having a harder time falling asleep at night and waking up in the morning. I want to re-adjust my inner time clock. So I am going to be waking up five minutes earlier every morning, until I reach 6:00. I’ll be posting wakeup time on the side.
