“Promise less so you don’t have to let yourself and others down.” This is something I’ve really been working on. I tend to overcommit myself and then become worn down and overwhelmed. I’m working on setting realistic goals and expectations for what I can/should get done. It’s a real challenge. Great post!
You can always do more, sometimes saying you will do less gives you the energy to do more.
