3. Enjoy fresh fruit as a break.
4. Get back to your journal writing.
5. Take an hour this week to be in nature to soothe your soul.
6. Decide which hobbies and projects to set aside for this season.
7. Take a nap.

love the tips! I love being in nature to reduce stress. Just hearing the wind blowing through the trees soothes me! And a nap…sounds great!!!
Numbers 3, 4 and 7 are about all I can muster this week (and I did them all today). We’re going through the second round of really bad and lingering colds here.
