Energy for Joy Health Plan
Create healthy habits for a lifetime for $1 a week.
Are you tired too much of the time?
Have you just been going through the motions of life?
Are you overweight or not as healthy as you’d like to be?
Instead of "losing 10 lbs in one week", I have created a program where we work on creating healthy habits for a lifetime over three months. And it can be personalized to meet your needs. It is not a one size fits all approach.

my laundry tips:
Don’t own clothes that need dry-cleaning.
Hang button-type shirts on a hanger to dry.
Put your outdoor clothesline under some kind of cover, for sudden rains.
hang socks in matching pairs.
Pay your small kids a penny per item for laundry-folding.
Cheap laundry soap: 1 part washing soda, 1 part borax, 2 parts basic bar soap grated in the food processor.
take turns with your spouse/partner/family by the month, doing the laundry. I am off the hook this month; all laundry is my responsibility starting July 1.
Wow – these are great Ellen!
