Weekly Simplicity Tips

One of my favorite things is music – listening to, going to concerts, singing, playing the piano, dancing. This week I was blessed with enjoying lots of music time. I added it to my schedule. Any time music is added, it seems to give me energy. I plan to listen to a new CD today while working on something I don’t particularly enjoy. What do you love? Is there any spot you can add it to your schedule this week?

  1. Create your holiday menus.
  2. Let go of candles you aren’t using.
  3. Bring fresh air and natural light to your home.
  4. What kind of rhythm do you want in your life?
  5. Have an unwinding ritual before dinner.
  6. Declutter one pile.
  7. Put things where they belong and feel the order.
