I know a few people that loved connecting on Facebook, but had to drop out because of the time it took to scroll through all the application posts.
The solution is Facebook Lite.
You get to it by logging in with your facebook username and password here:
At the top has buttons to Write, Post Photos, and Post Video.
Below that have events, birthdays and friend requests.
And then you have your application, free gift, farmville free Facebook.
Plus you can always fiddle around on regular Facebook when you have more time.
You can also hide all those application notifications. You just hover over the right hand side and a little window should pop up that asks “hide application” or “hide this person” and you can click on the hide application button and you won’t see those pesky application updates.
This is great! My friend is trying to be “better” on facebook but just gets overwhelmed, I think. I’ll let her know about this and hopefully she can just scoot around the lite version. Thanks so much for the post!
