How do you see work? Do you hate it, is it just for the money, or is it your joy and contribution?

Often when you feel your work is just a bunch of to do’s and your energy lags, it’s because you have forgotten why you are working.

You have the opportunity to use your gifts. To help people and maybe make someone’s day. To grow.

No matter what job you have you can make a difference. If you are doing things well and doing things kindly, you have the ability to touch someone.

“Work is love made visible.”-Kahil Gibran

    OH MY WORD

I am taking this as a sign straight from God, Beth.

    I love this bit…

Okay, I need to take some action and get some things sorted out, Pronto!

*heavy breath* I’m doing my current job because I simply needed a job, I needed the money so that I won’t get my parents bothered no more.

I have this job because my current employer asked me to apply.

Because my dad wanted me to have this sort of prestigious job.

Because I wanted to make my dad happy.

    But I’m not … 🙁

I wanna quit my day job, but have no alternative job yet. I feel like screaming …

Take that energy and use it to propel you to a job you like. It may take time, but as long as you are moving forward in your search working at a job you don’t like it easier. Wishing you success in your job search!
