I have two files that always lift my spirit. Today I received a lovely email from someone in my Simplicity eCourse. After writing back, I put the email in an email folder I call Smily.
Any emails that make me smile or are inspirational I put into that email folder.
I have a real life version as well. Any love letters, thank you notes, cards from my kids, etc. go into a file folder also named Smily.
On those days where I feel, "I’m not making a difference" or "nobody loves me" or "no one appreciates me" I can go to one of those folders and start smiling.

Hello Beth!
Sounds like a brilliant idea. Thank you once again for bringing us a “small” tip that can make a big difference on those “nobody loves me” days.
Best wishes,
Anya
I appreciate your comment Anya. So I’m not the only one that has those days? 🙂
Oh no! You’re definitely not alone. 🙂 My Dad always that out of 30 days, 27 have to be good ones leaving only to himself 3 not so good ones. (That’s men for you, always thinking they can control their feelings…). I usually reply I’m exactly the other way around on that 27/3 equation… eheheh. Just to annoy him.
Hope you don’t have many of those. You certainly look like you’ve got lot going for you. 🙂
All the best,
Anya
