I didn’t even leave the house today except to go out and look at my tulips. And no online buying.
I ran across a great post on The $100 rule to combat impulse buying. Not helpful right now, but I will be able to use the idea when I end my spending fast.

I spent some money today at the fitness studio where I got my eyebrows done. Only the second time in my life, this is a luxury in a way but something I’ve decided needs to be done regularly. And besides the appointment was made before I decided to do the fast!
Enough excuses!
I also have a success to report. On my way to the train station, I passed a clothing store where I’ve often shopped in the past that was having a close-out sale. I was tempted but I walked on by!
As for the $100 rule – I already do this, even for things that cost a lot less!
You can certainly teach the rest of us Michelle!
