January 15th. It’s the halfway point of the month and probably your resolutions. How are they going? For many people they have already fallen away.
If that is you, ask yourself, “Is this something I really wanted or was it something I thought I should do?”
“Should” goals do not last long because you don’t have the drive or motivation.
You are allowed a do-over for your goals. This time pick something you really want.
And if your goal was something you really wanted, re-connect with that why. Why did you feel the need to create this goal or resolution?
