I hope you all had a good weekend. We spent Thanksgiving across the state at my Grandma and Grandpa’s house. We did the traditional things like eating, playing Boggle, getting a tree and sitting around chatting. I also got to spend a day with my sister while my husband took the kids to his brother’s house to play with their kids. We almost beat the snow on the drive home. The blizzard started right before got home.

Did you enjoy your weekend? I had fun Christmas shopping with hubby, scrapbooking, making Christmas cards with my daughter, reading Julia Cameron’s new book Walking in the World, and watching my son practice Tae-Kwon-Do.

They had great activities like “congratulate your friend when something good happens”, “plant flowers” and “fly kites.” The ideas are for kids, but wouldn’t our adult friendships be more fun with some of these suggestions.
