This is the last update I’m doing for the New Habit eCourse. If you have joined us with creating a new habit this month how have you been going?
My habit was to use the back massager or neck release tool every evening. Fall is prime migraine season for me and I am hoping this will help.
I feel like I have established this habit. I didn’t miss any days and my daughter is using it now too ð
