Life Balance

In her book Never Check E-mail in the Morning, Julie Morgenstern lists the 3 things that make up your work/life balance. Outside work, you need PEP. Physical health – exercise, good nutrition, sleep, vitamins, etc. Escape- hobbies, music, reading, gardening, nature, etc. And finally, People – time with friends, quality time with your spouse, connecting with the ones you love.
