    Hi Beth,
    I enjoyed learning about your morning routine. Mine goes something like this…I wake up about 4:30 a.m., usually with my kitty Hassie mewing in my ear, 🙂 and go into my dining room to stretch and do my morning floor exercises (only room with carpeted floors!) while my kitty snoozes beside me. I do this in the dark, because it is my quiet time with God, to reflect on the previous day, and listen to what He wants to tell me (I try to, anyway!) then I go into the back bedroom, and while doing the treadmill, I read Morning Prayer on my iPad, as well as the daily Mass readings. (I am Catholic). Then go wake up my better half, clean up, and dress for work (clothes already laid out in the bathroom the night before) and take care of the cat chores, and I am out the door. I drive to a church near where I work to attend daily Mass at 6:20 a.m., then on to work for 7:00. Now you see why I wake up so early! 🙂

    Maria, some of my clients start with as little as a 10 min walk, 5 min hula hooping or a few yoga poses. Start small.

    Marcia, Yep, I need to get that heart pumping a bit.
