Reasons to Take a Break


You probably need a break soon. Most people can only concentrate or be in one spot 30-90 minutes at a time. But, lots of time we try to push through, only to end up with less than optimal work and a stiff back.To help you talk yourself into a break, here are reasons to take a break:

  • Your body will feel better if you stretch between tasks or move around
  • You feel more creative and can problem solve easier when you aren’t as tired
  • You will feel happier if you stop working for a little bit
  • You will be a nicer person and less irritable
  • You focus better and have a higher level of concentration
  • You will have renewed energy
