Setting Standards

I have been reviewing my standards of living. I want to live as the best me and not let myself live by excuses. I want to say I am a person who… Some of the standards I set:

Physical Standards

I exercise 5 days a week
I eat 5-10 fruits and veggies a day
I drink at least 6 glasses of water
I take my allergy medication every evening
I get at least 7 hours of sleep a night
I eat only when I am hungry and stop when I am satisfied

Mental Standards
I always have a book going
I think only of what is noble, righteous, good, excellent, pure, etc
I read on personal development weekly

Emotional Standards
I journal daily
I ask myself good questions
I share my feelings
I am honest and vulnerable

Spiritual Standards
I pray and read the Bible daily
I go to church weekly
I serve daily
I listen for God’s direction
I encourage and pray for others
