The purpose of the SIMPLE SELF CARE program is to guide you as you focus on yourself in order to strengthen your balance, wellness and quality of life. Learn how to take care of yourself without being selfish. After working all day or spending the day with the kids, taking care of the house, running errands, going to meetings, chauffeuring the kids, somehow you never seem to have time to take care of yourself, do you?

I have a workbook for this material and a coaching program. I began thinking lately though for people that don’t want to pay for the coaching program but want support, a class would be great for accountability. This 4 week class starts July 14th.

I find the idea of taking care of yourself has many people digging in their heels. The only way some people will take care of themselves is if they have accountability and “permission” to do that. I can help you realize the importance of self-care and give you practical steps to incorporate self-care into your busy life without turning it into just another “to do”.

What did you want to know? It meets Monday nights at 8pm ET in the chat room. I will teach class and there will be lots of interaction so people get help in their unique situations. A transcript is sent out if you miss the chat. There is also a workbook and a facebook group for support.

Hi Michelle, Yes you will be logged into the computer to join my private chat room. No Skype, no calls so it doesn’t matter if there is noise in the background. Just need to type.
