Re: Simplify Your Money Systems Class

Attention: Overwhelmed individuals whose financial lives seem out of control

Ask yourself: do you want be paralyzed with worry because you don’t know if you’ll have enough money to pay your bills?

Do you know where all your bills are?

Is your current money system scattered and not working?

Or worse, do you have no money system except hope?

We all want more financial security, but how do you do it?

I’m Beth Dargis and I’ve been teaching people how to simplify their lives and declutter for the past 10 years. I first got organized and decluttered with the help of some online friends. A group can really make the difference.

My goal is to help you focus and have fun support to get your finances in order.

Not more ramen noodles!

When I first got married, I had just finished college. We were living in a little apartment in a scary part of town. We subsisted on ramen noodles, potatoes and tuna it seemed like. All our furniture was hand-me-down. I was still working at a fast food place while looking for work.

I had to be extremely careful with money and I was.

But, when I got better paying work and my husband got better paying work, we became more lax. We knew ‘about’ how much was in our accounts.

I didn’t really have a plan. I was just hoping we had enough in the account when bills were due.

How ’bout a plan?

When I was unemployed for a year 10 years ago, I knew I had to create a plan. I also knew I didn’t want a complicated plan because I would never follow it.

The plan has worked wonderfully. Even two years ago my husband was laid off by his company for over 6 months. And his pay cut.

“I wanted to thank you for this class.  The form for listing all of our debts really helped my husband and I realize how much we owed and how we had to change our spending.  The file system is so helpful at keeping papers organized…he joined in right away and is better than me at it!  We are having to adjust from getting paid weekly to getting paid monthly and I believe I’ve been able to stay on top of it with your organizational tips!” – Kelly

So, Beth, how can you fix my financial problems?

Well, I’m not going to be able to fix the problems. You are actually going to have to do the work yourself – but not by yourself.

This class will help you:

  • get your finances in order
  • start saving
  • create a plan to get out of debt
  • consolidate, automate and simplify your system
  • create a simple spending plan

Each class will bring you closer to financial integrity. And you’ll find you are not alone.

“Your system has given me the tools and confidence to tackle our finances and pursue goals that used to be overwhelming and paralyzing. Thank you for making this so practical, flexible and accessible. ” -Christin

Not effort free

This is not an effort free plan. You will have to organize your papers and create your plans, but I’ll let you know the easiest way to do that.

The cost of the class can be recouped in one or two late payments. (Have you had those recently?) Others from the class have uncovered checks as we clean up the financial paperwork.

Let me help rid you of that uneasy feeling of not knowing how much you owe, how much you are spending or where your money is going.

What are your current money systems?

  • Trying to locate all your financial records only to end up with piles all over your office
  • Throw the financial stuff back in a file drawer – you don’t really want to see it
  • Pile on the desk, pile on the kitchen counter, pile on the dining room table, pile on the stairs to go upstairs
  • Reading a money book only to have your eyes glaze over with boredom
  • Starting a complicated computer system, then stop in frustration
  • Past due notices mean it’s time to pay your bills now
  • Hope there is money in your account

Sigh…

If any of those are you, it might be time to try a new system. Personalized for you.

Let’s take the steps that really produce results.

It’s time for a systematic plan, classes that show you exactly what you can do and a group to support you

You want a simple plan, that will integrate into your busy life and will give you clarity in your finances.

So I have created the: 5-Week “Simplify Your Money Systems” Class. I love simplicity as most of you know, so I didn’t want this to be a complicated, time waster.

Instead I have laid out the plan step-by-step in an easy to use workbook.

And this workbook is only part of the system.

Fun support included

With weekly classes in my chat room and message boards for daily challenges with one another you will get the support and encouragement you need to keep going. You are definitely not the only one struggling with your finances.

The chats are online in my chat room, so we don’t have to worry about noisy kids or dogs barking.

Wouldn’t it be great to say, “I don’t know if I need to keep this financial paper” And get help making that decision. Or say, “I know exactly what bills I need to pay and when!” And get way to gos and encouragement.

Of course, I am available and would love to coach you one on one: but that would be over $300 for the two months of coaching.

I want as many people as possible to enjoy the freedom of knowing where their money is coming and going, so you can enroll in the 5-week money class for $37.00. My guess is that you have already spent more than that in software and late bills over the years, but your finances still feel out of control.

You can save that much just by finally facing your finances.

How do you really want your finances to look like?

Imagine knowing exactly what is coming in and going out.

How would it feel to know you can pay your bills on time?

Maybe start saving or pay off your debt?

Are you able to find your bills and financial paperwork easily?

Is your desk clear and ready for focused work?

Are you starting to see the possibilities of getting a handle on your money?

Well keep it up because you are headed there

Just a note…

I have clients who are single parents, starting new jobs after being laid off and stay-at-home moms that have gotten clear on their finances. Even if you make less income then you think you need, it’s knowledge that makes it better.

When we don’t know where we are at with our money we WORRY.

But when we really know what is going on, we can go from worry to action. And action feels much better.

Would you like to be well on your way to a creating a better money system in the next two months?

Of course you do!

Keep in mind, if you take this class, you could…

checkmark let go of the money worry

checkmarkget your financial papers in order

checkmark begin or up your savings

checkmark start paying off your debt

checkmark effectively learn to make decisions about your finances

checkmark go from unsure to confidant

checkmark learn to maintain your finances in a simple way

checkmark feel comfortable dealing with your money

Finally, you will have a handle on your money. Using it in ways that feel important to you and your family instead of frittering it away.

How would you like to feel confident with your money?

You could keep working with your getting your money in order on your own. But, how long have you been trying that?

I know it’s much easier with a step-by-step plan. And accountability.

“You have taught me to believe in myself and to take things slowly, one step at a time, keep sight of my goals, both short term and long term.Your coaching style was both nurturing and motivating, you seemed to intuitively know some days what I needed most. Your caring and understanding was so appreciated and it came from the heart.”-Holly C.

You need a new, simple system, plus encouraging support.
