3. You are enough. Write down 5 accomplishments from today.

4. Calm yourself down with deep breathing during stressful situations.

5. Make a list of things you would like to finish up from last year.

6. Do one task that has been on your to do list since 2007.

7. Do something you are passionate about.

    -saw a friend -make soup -kissed my daughter -said a prayer -changed my attitude

    4. Just got a yoga dvd, I like it.

    5. Mostly just get over the chip on my shoulder I’ve had the last year or so. And finish my cookbook. And write more snail mail notes.

    7. this is the one I said a prayer about today. how to know whats the right thing, or best use of my time…theres so much to choose from
