Weekly Simplicity Tips

Happy 4th of July!

1. Have an ‘eat out of the pantry’ week. Shop for as little food as possible.
2. Get rid of your wire hangers and get plastic hangers that don’t tangle.
3. When you make a mistake, ask, “What can I do differently for next time?? instead of, “How could I be so stupid??
4. Pay attention to how you spend your time today. Are you doing what is meaningful, doing things that give you joy and spending time with the people you love? Or is all your time eaten by things you would rather not be doing?
5. Clean out one kitchen drawer. Consider a drawer organizer.
6. Make one change in your environment that will help you achieve one of your goals – i.e., set up a fitness area, put your alarm clock across the room so you have to get up, write out an evening beauty routine and tape it to the inside of your bathroom cabinet.
7. Take a solitary walk.
