  1. Only buy something you are going to use this week.
  2. Be flexible with your plans. Planning is guessing.
  3. Bring unlistened to CD’s to a place that resells CD’s.
  4. Look at your motives behind your actions.
  5. Put notes you have taken into action steps.
  6. Have at least 1 hour a day unscheduled, just in case.
  7. Notice one moment with all your senses.
