The kids and I finally finished our jigsaw puzzle. (Our cat was very excited to finally be allowed on the table.)

  1. Where are you strong?
  2. What do you yearn for that you can make a little time for?
  3. Create something.
  4. Change one thing you don’t like about your current life.
  5. Delete at least one info stream (blog, newsletter, magazine, news source).
  6. Who do you need to have a conversation with?
  7. Have a "No processed food" day.
