  1. Decide on your boundaries for working weekends.
  2. Put a timer on before you web surf.
  3. Don’t eat lunch at your desk.
  4. Check to see if your message center is current.
  5. Instead of a daily coffee, paper or lunch out – save that money.
  6. Turn off your cell phone some evenings.
  7. Plan Mother’s Day
