Weekly Simplicity Tips

July 24-30
1. Ask yourself what is not working in your life. Take one action to change it for the better.
2. Slow down and really taste your food today.
3. Get away from the world for 10 minutes – perhaps in your backyard, at the library, or on the bus with headphones on and eyes closed.
4. Try to go a whole week with buying only the necessities.
5. Instead of saying, “I should have…? say, “Next time I will…?
6. Spend 5 minutes picking up your laundry area.
7. Make a list of all the activities you and your family are in. Prioritize them. How many of the lower priorities activities can you eliminate to give your life some breathing space?
