What Does Health Mean to You?

One of the main reasons to have a simpler life, is so you can have time to take care of your health. And health is much more than just weight loss. To me it also means:

  • Less TV, more music

  • Watching stress and worry
  • Steam to help my breathing
  • More calcium and fruit and veggies
  • Less junk food
  • Relaxation
  • Body awareness- am I hungry, tired, stuffy, etc.
  • Laughter and smiles
  • Healthy relationships
  • Quiet time
  • Water
  • Vitamins
  • Nature
  • Good environment to live in
  • Breaks

How is your health? What is your body telling you? Try taking one weekend this month to focus on your health. Maybe go to a class, visit the grocery store for fresh fruits and vegetables or practice relaxation. Give yourself a mini health retreat.
