I love creating simple pleasure lists sometimes, just to remember it doesn’t take a lot of time or a lot of money to enjoy life. Some simple pleasures I have been enjoying:

• Fresh picked strawberries
• The breeze on a warm day
• The Great Blue Heron that fishes along the wetlands I walk
