Last night my daughter and I had a dance party. I put on something frilly and my pink boa. Plus a little glitter gel. My daughter is going through an anti-frilly phase and wore her camoflauge clothes.

She put in the 80’s compilation CD we made earlier that day, where she picked out her favorite songs from the 80’s.

Then we danced to Stray Cat Strut, Old Time Rock and Roll and plenty of Pat Benetar.

I keep forgetting to put more dancing into my schedule. This was a great reminder.

Fun with my daughter and exercise – can’t beat that!
